technological knowledge and
commitment in
using technology in practicing real estate.
E-Pro
is especially focused on serving client's through the use of e-mail, websites,
PDA’s, digital cameras, scanners, computers and other technology in
order to provide and improve quick and efficient services.
Real
estate is becoming more technology conscious. In California, most forms
are
now
available
electronically through the California Association of Realtors®
and Winforms®.
The San Diego Association of
Realtors® provides a Multiple Listing Service
on the Internet for agents to do searches and to find other resource
information for clients. Many parts of a real estate transaction are also
on-line and can be easily integrated into a particular
transaction, including appraisals, mortgage applications, home inspections
and escrow services. E-Pro's are always looking for new ways to improve this
transaction process.
E-Pro’s are committed to keeping up with these technologies, evaluating
their effectiveness and utilizing them to serve their clients..
E-Pro’s utilize the web/internet to find information and to do research
on areas of interest, as well as to do e-mail and
marketing, while respecting the client’s privacy. Problems frequently
come up, internet reserach is essential.
E-Pro’s are connected to other e-Pro’s around the country as resources
and they are networked for potential referral s or to exchange of issues and
ideas. We keep an active on-line listserv and directory for that purpose.
