to out of state buyers
interested in relocating or investing. Buyers are becoming much more
technolically savvy.
Multiple listings are now available to buyers on the internet. All listing in
the MLS may now be viewed by
buyers nationally and locally on internet sites by agreement between agents
belonging to the MLS.
Comparative Market Analysis (CMA's) can be provided to sellers with comparable
data taken from
current and prior listings to arrive at a close approximation of market value.

Listing information can be e-mailed and updated to prospective buyers according
to their preferences
on a daily basis, speeding up the process of screening and qualifying prospects,
reducing the traffic in
showing your home.
Listing information can be downloaded to agents using handheld PDA's or Laptops
to use in the field. If
they see your property on a drive by, they can look up data about your property
and get all the property and
showing information.
Once there is an accepted offer, MLS information can easily be integrated with
On-Line transaction
forms (WinForms®) furnished through the California Association of Realtors®,
used for on-line purchase
transactions, which can be e-mailed to all concerned parties involved including
the escrow company. All
necessary forms in the transaction are integrated in this process.
Besides MLS services, I can utilize this web-site as an additional marketing
tool. Websites are for
buyers. Buyers are encouraged to e-mail me and join my buyers list to look for
properties.
