Condo ownership and management is different than owning a home. It takes some adaptation if
your a new owner. One of the key factors is knowing your management and the rules of living in a

HOA's have 45-60 days to send Proforma Budget (Civil Code 1365) upon request.
Annual Year-End Packages must include Letter, Budget, Reserve Summary, Collection
and Delinquency Policy, Rules of Enforcement, Fine Schedule, and Summary of Insurance
Coverage.
A HOA Board meeting announcement requires 4 days advance notice (posted or mailed).
The HOA has 30 days to provide the minutes of meetings.
Meeting minutes should show a concise record of decisions and reasons for making
